thought I'd start off with a short one if it gets good reviews then I think that's my pass to post more but i don't want to get ahead of myself
I’m not preaching to be preaching…I’m speaking to be heard So hang on every word Mother I love you sister I fear that You might walk in the wrong footsteps so I show you I care...black Is the word we use to describe us but it’s a word that goes deeper than skin Goes past the East Coast the West Coast…the juice and the gin I blame it for me and the communities’ sins Ever ask why you losing your friends? Could be the sacrifice for gaining your endz… House car money and benz…it all depends… On what you cherish…family…we losing step so we losing the way I know you don't wanna hear it and radio not giving me the air… So like the birds I can rise and play….but its reaching your ear And guilt is making you hang on every word that I say…… -------------------- |
