It's Pro Bowl time, and the Jets got played hard. No Laverneus Coles? No Mangold? My ni**a Nick is playing better than a lot of veteran centers in the league. Kerry Rhodes got JERKED. This popularity contest sh*t is weaaaaak. Pete Prisco wrote:
QUOTE Then there's Lynch. He has no business being on the AFC team, especially ahead of Kerry Rhodes of the New York Jets. Ask scouts or personnel directors who they would take and most would take Rhodes. Rhodes has 71 tackles, four sacks and four interceptions; Lynch has 48 tackles, no sacks and no interceptions. Yet Rhodes isn't even on the team. Why? Lynch is popular -- this will be his eighth Pro Bowl -- and Rhodes isn't as he waits for his first. http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9880714 But congrats to Justin Miller going in as the KR. dudes in the league are shook to kick it at the god these days. They'll kick it to the 25, because they know Miller'll take it to the 50 if they get it to goal line. pussies. -------------------- ![]() |

yea Im surprised Laverneus didnt make it.....but it is a popularity contest. Seymour hasnt had a Seymour season and still made it... even though the other two interior players (Wilfork & Warren) had better seasons.

Hope you guys got those candles lit and that good luck air freshener spray they sell in Latin grocery stores on hand, but I don't see the Patriots making the same mistakes twice.

I dont expect them to get outplayed again though. Plus the Pats best defensive player this year, Ty Warrren, wasnt playing. Seymour was playing hurt and on the wrong side that he's used to be playin in (not to mention Belichick didnt have him in some crucial situtations)....and the running game is back in effect. Not to give excuses on the lost though, you gotta win with whoevers on the field. Pats got outplayed...its as simple as you can put it.
Should be a dope game though...prolly close game throughout. Pats by a TD.... Im reeaaadddyy! sucks Rodney Harrison's out again though....fuckin Titans -------------------- ![]() |

Props to you for actually analyzing the situation. Should be a good game. We'll see who gets bragging rights come Monday. -------------------- |

Bad time for NY, Jets and the Giants both out, but it wasn't a squeaker for the Jets. Looks like its Saints-Eagles, last time it was a 3 point game and a win for New Orleans. I'd like to call this one for the Saints, but the lost to Carolina wasn't a morale booster.

The Jets game was a lot closer than the final score suggests. the sh*t got broken open in the final minutes... and the Pats proved why they're the team that's basically ran the league since 2001.
Regardless, info for my Jets' fans that come across any pricks who wanna try and downplay our season and say we're products of a weak schedule. Check this link for the draft this year: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/9901730 That's direct from NFL.com that shows the schedule strength of every team after Week 17. The Bears, Ravens, Chargers, Saints, Cowboys, and Seahawks all had games against worse teams than the Jets. -------------------- ![]() |
